Low Voltage power cable is used to transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 1kV. It is generally applied to the fields including power, mines, construction,  metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable.

Low voltage power cable have higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating, and under the condition of the same environment, XLPE cable may be reduced size (normal cross section) 1 or 2 class in comparison with PVC cable. These are not only improving the quality and properties of products, but also reduce cables' production cost.

The minimum bending radius of the multicore-non armoured cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of cables, and the minimum bending radius of the mutilcore-armored cables shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of cables. The minimum bending radius of the single core armoured cable shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of cable, and the minimum bending radius of the single core -non armoured cable shall not be less than 20 times of the outer diameter of cable
