This product is suitable for power transmission and distribution under AC rated voltage 0.6/1kv and working frequency 50Hz lines.
Low Voltage power cable is used to transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 1kV. It is generally applied to the fields including power, mines, construction, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable.
XLPE insulated power cable has a number of advantages than paper insulted and PVC insulated cables. XLPE cable has high electric strength, mechanical strength, high-ageing resistance, environment stress resisting anti-chemical corrosion, and it is simple construction, using convenient and higher operating of long term temperature. It can be laid with no drop restriction.
XLPE cable have higher long-term working temperature and greater current rating, and under the condition of the same environment, XLPE cable may be reduced size (normal cross section) 1 or 2 class in comparison with PVC cable. These are not only improving the quality and properties of products, but also reduce cables' production cost.
1. Cable conductor allowed working temperature doesn't exceed 70 ºC in a long term
2. When the short circuit happened (the longest duration is no more than 5 seconds), the highest temperature of the cable conductor does not exceed 160 ºC.
3. The environment temperature should not below 0 ºC when cable laying, To warm up first when the temperature lower than 0 ºC .
4. The minimum bending radius of the multicore-non armoured cable shall not be less than 12 times of the outer diameter of cables, and the minimum bending radius of the mutilcore-armored cables shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of cables. The minimum bending radius of the single core armoured cable shall not be less than 15 times of the outer diameter of cable, and the minimum bending radius of the single core -non armoured cable shall not be less than 20 times of the outer diameter of cable
